The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between academic Emotions and Responsibility with Academic Engagement by mediating self-concept among the Warfare Victims’ Children High School of East Azarbaijan Province. The research design was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population consisted of all students of the sacrificial children who were studying in the schools of East Azarbaijan during the academic year of 1397-98. Of these, 332 individuals were selected as multi-stage random sampling. Data were gathered using a Academic Engagement questionnaire, academic emotion questionnaire, responsbility questionnaire, and self-concept questionnaire. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation, multiple regression and path analysis were used. Data were analyzed using SPSS-24 and AMOS-24 software. The findings showed that there is a significant statistical relationship between academic engagment with responsibility, academic emotion and self concept. Twenty-four percent (24%) of the variance of academic engagement is expected due to the variables of academic exietment and responsbility. Finally, path analysis showed that the concept of self plays a role as a mediator in the relationship between Academic Engagement with academic emotion and responsibility.
