Tow find Rajaee et al.'s midlife identity crisis questionnaire (1387) and Templer's death anxiety questionnaire (1970) were used to collect information. First, the midlife identity crisis and death anxiety questionnaires were administered to the groups under the same conditions. Then, an 8-session Self-compassion-based intervention course based on Gilbert's (2009) compassionate therapy theory was conducted on the experimental group, while the control group did not receive any training, and after completing the post-test training sessions, mid-life identity crisis and death anxiety from two The group came into action. Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance test.
