اثربخشی آموزش ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر شفقت بر تحمل پریشانی و بازداری‌هیجانی دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر شفقت بر تحمل پریشانی و بازداری‌هیجانی دانش-آموزان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر مراجعه کننده به مرکز جامع سلامت سیدحاتمی اردبیل در سال 1400 بود. از جامعه مذکور 30 نفر، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب، و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه برابر آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی و از نوع پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. گروه آزمایشی طی 8 هفته تحت آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی بر شفقت قرار گرفت، در این مدت بر گروه گواه مداخله‌ی انجام نگرفت پرسشنامه‌های تحمل پریشانی و بازداری‌هیجانی به عنوان ابزار ارزشیابی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج به دست آمده از مقایسه پس‌آزمون دو گروه، حاکی از این است که نمرات پس‌آزمون تحمل پریشانی و بازداری‌هیجانی گروه مداخله و کنترل تفاوت معنی‌داری دارد (0/01=P). با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می‌توان گفت که آموزش ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر شفقت موجب بهبود نمرات تحمل پریشانی و بازداری‌هیجانی دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر شد.

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of Mindful Self-Compassion Training on Distress Tolerance and Emotional Inhabitation in Students with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. The statistical population was whole client Students of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder in Ardabil Seyed Hatami comprehensive health clinic in the year 2021. 30 Students with Generalized Anxiety Disorder were selected through the purposive sampling method and randomly assigned into two equal experimental and control. Experimental group received 8 weeks of mindful self-compassion training 90 minutes each session During this period, the control group did not receive any intervention. distress tolerance Questionnaire and emotional inhabitation were used in pre-test, post-test to assess the subjects. Data were analyzed by Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA) and Analysis of Covariance (MNCOVA). The result showed that Mindful self-Compassion Training was effective on distress tolerance and emotional inhabitation. Therefore, it could be said that the Mindful self-Compassion Training improvement distress tolerance and emotional inhabitation scores in Students with Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
