بررسی تأثیر استفاده از اینستاگرام بر قصد کارآفرینی زنان با نقش میانجی توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و خودکارآمدی

چکیده

در دهه‌های اخیر فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه زنان، اهمیت وافری در سطح جهانی یافته است. با توجه به رشد سطح تحصیلات و اشتغال روزافزون زنان، با توجه کردن به کارآفرینی زنان، می‌توان به رشد اقتصادی و توسعه اقتصادی کشور کمک بسیاری کرد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر استفاده از اینستاگرام بر قصد کارآفرینی زنان با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی و توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی زنان هست. این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش توصیفی – همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل زنان 20-40 ساله شهرستان تبریز بوده و تعداد جامعه آماری مستخرج از سایت رسمی مرکز آمار ایران ، 295186 نفر است. تعداد حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر به‌دست‌آمده است. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه و به‌صورت تصادفی در میان جامعه آماری انجام شده است. روش تجزیه تحلیل پژوهش از طریق تحلیل مسیر و معادلات ساختاری (SEM) با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای AMOS و SPSS انجام شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از تائید اثرگذاری استفاده از شبکه‌ی اجتماعی اینستاگرام بر خودکارآمدی و قصد کارآفرینی با میانجیگری توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی زنان است؛ لذا سیاست‌گذاران می‌توانند با سرمایه‌گذاری در این زمینه و حمایت از بانوان محترم کشور، باعث توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و خودکارآمدی این قشر شده و درنهایت باعث ترویج کارآفرینی، رونق و رفاه اقتصادی کشور شوند.

In recent decades, women's entrepreneurial activities have become extremely important at the global level. Considering the growth of women's education level and increasing employment, by paying attention to women's entrepreneurship, it is possible to contribute a lot to the economic growth and economic development of the country. The aim of the current research is to investigate the effect of using Instagram on women's entrepreneurial intention with the mediating role of self-efficacy and psychological empowerment of women. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-correlation method based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population includes women aged 20-40 of Tabriz city, and the number of the statistical population extracted from the official website of the Statistical Center of Iran is 295,186 people. The number of sample size is 384 people using Cochran's formula. Data was collected via questionnaire.397 Samples were gathered by random Sampling method from statistical population. This data was then analyzed with Structural equation modeling (SEM) with the use of Amos and Spss software. According to results of this research which states that using Instagram with the mediating role of psychological empowerment results in women's self-efficacy and entrepreneurship so managers can invest in this field to support and empower the women of our country which will result in higher productivity among them that will lead to promotion of entrepreneurship, economic stability and welfare in the country.
