چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای طرح‌واره‌های شناختی فعال‌شده در بافت جنسی، بدتنظیمی هیجانی و خُلق منفی در ارتباط بازداری و برانگیختگی جنسی با عملکرد جنسی زنان انجام پذیرفت. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی و از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان شاغل در بخش اداری دانشگاه‌های شهر تهران و تبریز بودند که از بین آن‌ها 665 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داد‌ه‌ها از پرسش‌نامه طرح‌واره‌های شناختی فعال‌شده در بافت جنسی (QCSASC)، مقیاس اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس (DASS)، مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گراتز (DERS)، پرسش‌نامه بازداری و برانگیختگی جنسی زنان (SES-W)، پرسش‌نامه عملکرد جنسی زنان (FSFI) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار SPSS23 و نرم‌افزار LISREL8.8 استفاده شد. مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که بازداری جنسی و برانگیختگی جنسی هم به‌صورت مستقیم و هم‌ غیرمستقیم (از طریق طرح‌واره‌های جنسی، بدتنظیمی هیجانی و خُلق منفی)، بر عملکرد جنسی زنان تاثیر می‌گذارد. ارزیابی مدل فرضی پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص های برازندگی نشان داد که مدل فرضی با مدل اندازه‌گیری، برازش دارد (97/0CFI=، 96/0 NFI=، 051/0 RMSEA=). همسو با مدل کنترل دوگانه، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بازداری و برانگیختگی جنسی بر عملکرد جنسی زنان تاثیر دارد و هم‌چنین این یافته‌ها تاکید می‌کنند که در کنار عوامل فیزیولوژیکی، عوامل شناختی و هیجانی در تبیین عملکرد جنسی خیلی اهمیت دارند.

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of cognitive schemas activated in sexual context, emotion dysregulation and negative mood in the relationship between sexual inhibition, sexual excitation and female sexual function. This study was conducted with a correlational method and structural equation modeling, respectively. The study sample included 665 females serving in the administrative departments of Tehran and Tabriz universities, who were selected by convenience sampling method. The Questionnaire of Cognitive Schema Activation in Sexual Context,Depression, Anxiety and stress Scales (DASS),Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS), Sexual Excitation/Sexual Inhibition Inventory for Women, and Female Sexual Functioning Index (FSFI) were used for data collection. Also, SPSS₂₃ and LISREL_8.8softwares were used for data analysis. Results of SEM showed that sexual inhibition and sexual inhibition, both directly and indirectly (through Sexual Context-activated schemas, emotion dysregulation and negative mood), could affect women's sexual function. Evaluating the theoretical model of the study through the fitness indices revealed that the theoretical model fit the measurement model (CFI = 0.97, NFI = 0.96, RMSEA = 0.051). Consistent with the dual control model, the results of this study showed that inhibition and sexual excitation affect the female sexual function. In addition, these findings suggest that in addition to the physiological factors, emotion and cognitive factors are similarly significant in defining the sexual function.
