پیش بینی اختلال وسواسی- جبری و هراس خاص براساس مولفه های حساسیت انزجاری

چکیده

شواهدی وجود دارد که نشان می دهد اختلال وسواسی – جبری و هراس خاص با حساسیت انزجاری رابطه دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر پیش بینی انواع اختلال وسواسی – جبری و هراس خاص براساس مولفه های حساسیت انزجاری بود. برای این منظور 300 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه های شهر تبریز به شکل نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به پرسش نامه وسواسی – جبری مادزلی، فرم دوم زمینه یابی ترس و مقیاس حساسیت انزجاری پاسخ دادند. نتایج به دست آمده از 280 نفر از شرکت کنندگان که پاسخ هایشان قابل تحلیل بود نشان داد که مولفه های حساسیت انزجاری توان قابل توجهی در پیش بینی علائم اختلالات وسواس و انواع هراس دارد. وسواس شستشو، ترس حیوان و ترس خون – تزریق – جراحت بهتر از سایر اختلالات توسط مولفه های حساسیت انزجاری تبیین شدند. انزجار مرکزی و انزجار یادآور حیوان بیشترین نقش را در پیش بینی این اختلالات داشتند. یافته های این پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که حساسیت انزجاری می تواند نقش مهمی در علت شناسی اختلال وسواس – جبری و ترس ها ایفا می کند.

چکیده [English]

There is some evidence to suggest that obsessive - compulsive disorder and specific phobias associated with disgust sensitivity. The purpose of this study was to predict the type of obsessive-compulsive disorder and specific phobias based on components of disgust sensitivity. For this purpose, 300 students of Tabriz universities Selected by convenience sampling and responded to the Maudsley obsessive-compulsive inventory, Fear Survey Schedule II, and Disgust sensitivity scale. The results of 280 participants that their responses were suitable for analysis showed that disgust sensitivity components have significant power in predicting obsessive-compulsive disorder and phobias types. Washing Compulsive, animal phobia, and blood - injection - injury phobia better than other disorders were explained by disgust sensitivity components. Core disgust and animal reminder disgust have a most considerable role in anticipation of these disorders. The findings showed that disgust sensitivity could play an essential role in the etiology of obsessive-compulsive disorder and phobias.
