تاثیر برنامه آموزشی کیت ریپلی بر مشکلات رفتاری و مهارت های انطباقی نوجوانان با اختلال طیف اوتیسم با عملکرد بالا

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر برنامه آموزشی کیت ریپلی بر مشکلات رفتاری و مهارت های انطباقی نوجوانان پسر با اختلال طیف اوتیسم با عملکرد بالا بود. پژوهش حاضر یک طرح مورد منفرد از نوع A-B-A است .جامعه آماری شامل تمام نوجوانان پسر با اختلال طیف اوتیسم با عملکرد بالا در شهر یزد بودند. نمونه های پژوهش سه پسر با اختلال طیف اوتیسم با عملکرد بالا بودند که به شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه سیستم ارزیابی رفتار کودکان (فرم والدین و فرم معلمان) برای بررسی مشکلات رفتاری و مهارت های انطباقی استفاده شد. برنامه آموزشی در سی جلسه به گونه انفرادی برای آزمودنی ها ارائه شد. داده های پژوهش که طی اندازه گیری های مکرر بدست آمد برای هر کدام از آزمودنی ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد پس از دریافت آموزش نمرات آزمودنی ها در مشکلات رفتاری با PND، 66/66 برای آزمودنی اول و دوم و PND، 33/33 برای آزمودنی سوم کاهش یافته و در مهارت های انطباقی با PND ، 75/0 برای آزمودنی اول و PND، 66/66 برای آزمودنی دوم و سوم افزایش یافته است. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده بنظر می رسد برنامه کیت ریپلی با محتوی ساختار یافته و ارائه تکالیف برای آزمودنی ها، در افزایش مهارت های انطباقی و کاهش مشکلات رفتاری نوجوانان با اختلال طیف اوتیسم با عملکرد بالا نقش مثبت داشته است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Kate Ripley program on behavioral problems and adaptive skills in boy teens with high-functioning autism (HFA) disorder. The present study is a single- subject design of type A-B-A. The statistical population included all adolescents with HFA in Yazd city and the subject of this study was 3 boys diagnose with HFA, that selected by purposive sampling method. The BASC TM-3 (PRS-A & TRS-A) questionnaires were used to assess behavioral problems and adaptive skills. The training program was presented to the subjects individually in thirty sessions. The research data obtained through repeated measurements were analyzed for each subject. The results showed that, after receiving training, the scores of first and second subjects in behavioral problems with PND= 66.66 and for third subject with PND= 33.33 decreased and in adaptive skills for first subject with PND= 0.75 and for second and third subjects with PND= 0.66 66 increased. Based on the results, it seems that Kit Ripley's program with structured content and homework assignments has had a positive role in enhancing adaptive skills and reducing behavioral problems of adolescents with high-functioning autism.
