چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های روان‌شناختی بر آمادگی کاری دانش‌­آموزان دختر فنی-حرفه‌ای بود. این پژوهش کاربردی به روش نیمه‌آزمایشی، با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر سال یازدهم دبیرستان‌های فنی-حرفه‌ای دخترانه شهر تبریز، در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402، با میانگین سنی 1±16 بود. نمونه‌گیری به روش خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای، انجام شد. ابتدا یک ناحیه و سپس یک دبیرستان فنی-حرفه‌ای دخترانه به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب شد. سپس دو کلاس هم‌­رشته و هم‌­سطح (یازدهم) از آن مدرسه به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب گردید. سپس به‌طور تصادفی یکی از کلاس‌ها به‌عنوان گروه آزمایش و دیگری به‌عنوان گروه کنترل در نظر گرفته شد. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 42 نفر (21 نفر در هر گروه) بود. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه آمادگی کاری، قبل و بعد از اجرای آموزش بسته مداخله‌ای مهارت‌های روان‌شناختی انجام گردید. آموزش مهارت‌های روانشناختی برای گروه آزمایش، طی شانزده جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای اجرا شد. گروه کنترل آموزشی غیر از آموزش‌های روتین مدرسه دریافت نکرد. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل کواریانس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش­ مهارت‌های روانشناختی بر آمادگی کاری دانش‌آموزان و مؤلفه‌های آن اثربخش است. پیشنهاد شد جهت ارتقای آمادگی‌ کاری دانش‌آموزان به آن‌ها مهارت‌های روانشناختی آموزش داده شود.

چکیده [English]

The present research aimed to determine the effectiveness of psychological skills training on the work readiness of female technical-vocational students. This applied research used a semi-experimental method with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population included all eleventh-grade students of technical-vocational high schools in Tabriz city in the academic year 1401-1402, with an average age of 16±1. Sampling was conducted using a multi-stage cluster method. First, the district and then a girls’ technical school were randomly selected, and then two classes of the same discipline and level (eleventh) were randomly selected from that school. Then one of the classes was randomly assigned as the experimental group and the other as the control group. The study sample consisted of 42 people (21 in each group). Data was collected through the Work Readiness Scale before and after the implementation of the intervention package of psychological skills training. Psychological skills training for the experimental group was implemented in sixteen 90-minute sessions. The control group did not receive any training other than routine school training. Data analysis was performed using multivariate analysis of covariance using SPSS statistical software. The results showed that psychological skills training effectively affects students’ work readiness and its components. Psychological skills training was suggested for students to improve their work readiness.
