آزمون مدل علّی پریشانی روانشناختی نوجوانان براساس آزاردیدگی دوران کودکی و ناگویی هیجانی با نقش میانجی‌گرانه کیفیت خواب

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر آزمون مدل علّی پریشانی روانشناختی نوجوانان براساس آزاردیدگی دوران کودکی و ناگویی هیجانی با نقش میانجی­‌گرانه کیفیت خواب بود. این مطالعه از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام نیز توصیفی‌-همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه پژوهش تمام دانش‌­آموزان دختر و پسر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر مشهد در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 بودند که از بین آن‌ها تعداد 352 نفر به‌شکل دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات نیز مقیاس­های آشفتگی روانشناختی (DASS؛ لاویبوند و لاویبوند، 1995)؛ ناگویی هیجانی (TAS؛ بگبی و همکاران، 1994)؛ پرسشنامه ترومای دوران کودکی (CTQ؛ برنستاین و همکاران، 2003) و شاخص کیفیت خواب (PSQI؛ بویس و همکاران، 1989) بود. برای توصیف یافته‌ها از میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و برای استنباط اطلاعات نیز از آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری به‌کمک نرم‌افزارهای SPSS-27 و AMOS-24 استفاده شد نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که این مدل پژوهشی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بوده و آزاردیدگی دوران کودکی و ناگویی هیجانی هم به­‌صورت مستقیم و هم به‌­صورت غیرمستقیم و از طریق میانجی‌­گری کیفیت خواب بر پریشانی روانشناختی نوجوانان اثرگذار هستند. از این نتایج می‌­توان برای طراحی مداخلاتی با هدف پیشگیری از پریشانی­‌های روانشناختی استفاده نمود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study was to test the causal model of adolescent psychological distress based on childhood abuse and alexithymi with the mediating role of sleep quality. This study was applied in terms of purpose, and descriptive in terms of structural equation correlation. The research population was all male and female students of the second year of secondary school in Mashhad in the academic year 1402-1403, and 352 of them were randomly selected. Data collection tools are psychological disturbance scales (DASS; Lovibond and Lovibond, 1995); Alexithymia (TAS; Bagby et al., 1994); Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ; Bernstein et al., 2003) and Sleep Quality Index (PSQI; Buysse et al., 1989). Mean and standard deviation were used to describe the findings, and Pearson correlation tests and structural equation models were used to infer information using SPSS-27 and AMOS-24 software. The results of this research showed that this research model has a favorable fit and that childhood abuse and alexithymia affect the psychological distress of adolescents both directly and indirectly through the mediation of sleep quality. These results can be used to design interventions aimed at preventing psychological distress.
