اثربخشی برنامه آموزش خودشفقت‌ورزی بر اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان قربانی قلدری

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف آموزش خودشفقت‌ورزی بر دانشجویان قربانی قلدری و تعیین تاثیر آن بر اشتیاق تحصیلی آنها انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از نوع مطالعه نیمه‌­آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و دارای گروه کنترل بود. از جامعه دانشجویان علوم انتظامی امین در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400، نمونه‌ای متشکل از 30 دانشجوی قربانی قلدری، با استفاده از پرسشنامه قربانیِ قلدری غربالگری شد و در دو گروه 15 نفری به صورت تصادفی قرار گرفت. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه قربانی قلدری، مقیاس اشتیاق تحصیلی و بسته آموزش خودشفقت‌ورزی بود. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه مداخله آموزش خودشفقت‌ورزی مبتنی بر نظریه خودشفقت‌ورزی نف دریافت نمود. بعد از اتمام آموزش نمرات پس‌آزمون اخذ و با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد آموزش خودشفقت‌­ورزی بر اشتیاق تحصیلی و مولفه‌های آن که شامل؛ اشتیاق عاطفی، اشتیاق رفتاری و اشتیاق شناختی است، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت. بر اساس یافته‌ها، آموزش خودشفقت‌ورزی می‌تواند با غلبه بر آسیب‌های ناشی از تجارب گذشته و پذیرش تمامیت خود و ایجاد احساسات مثبت، اشتیاق تحصیلی را بهبود ببخشد و به عنوان یک رویکرد موثر توسط مربیان، مشاوران و متخصصان مراکز آموزشی و درمانی برای کمک به کاهش رنج قربانیان و بهبود اشتیاق تحصیلی استفاده شود.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of self-compassion training programs on educational engagement in victims of bullying students. This study was a semi-experimental study with pre-test / post-test and had a control group with a one-month follow-up. From the Amin University of Police Sciences in the academic year of 2021-2022, a sample consisting of 30 students who were victims of bullying were screened using the questionnaire of bullying victimisiton and were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 15 people. The experimental group received 8 sessions of self-compassion training intervention. After the training, post-test scores were obtained and analyzed by multivariate covariance. Research tools include; Bullying Victim Scale (BVS), Academic engagement Scale, and self-compassion Training Package. The results showed that self-compassion training had a positive and significant effect on the educational engagement and its components which include; Cognitive engagement, behavioral engagement and emotional engagement. It can be expressed based on the findings, self-compassion training can improve educational engagement by overcoming the trauma of past experiences and creating positive emotions, and be used as an effective approach by educators, counselors and specialists in educational and treatment centers to help reduce the suffering of victims and improve academic enthusiasm.
