کودک‌آزاری یا بدرفتاری در افراد دارای نارسایی‌های ذهنی وتحولی : مطالعه مروری نظام‌مند مقالات نمایه‌شده در وبگاه علوم

چکیده

 افراد دارای نارسایی­های تحولی در مقایسه با افراد عادی  در معرض افزایش  انواع بدرفتاری­ها هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضرمطالعه کودک‌آزاری در کودکان دارایرسایی­های ذهنی و تحولی است.  در این راستا، کلیدواژه­های تخصصی child abuse، child maltreatment، Mental Retardation، Intellectual and Developmental Disability، Adaptive-Cognitive Disabilities، و Cognitive Delays فرمولبندی شده و در بخش پیشرفتة پایگاه Web of Science وارد گردید. نتایج بازیابی‌شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و پس از اِعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج مقالات به مطالعه، تعداد 18 مقاله برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش مورد واکاوی بیشتر قرار گرفتند.  شواهد پژوهشی زیادی وجود دارد که  افراد دارای نارسایی­های تحولی در مخاطره بالایی از انواع بدرفتاری در مقایسه با همسالان عادی خود در حوزه­های خشونت جسمانی، سوء استفاده جنسی و قربانی شدن از سوی همسالان (مانند قلدری) هستند. طراحی برنامه­های مداخله‌ای و آموزشی به­ویژه برنامه های جامعه- محور برای مراقبت و پیشگیری از بدرفتاری و سوءاستفاده از افراد دارای نارسایی­های ذهنی و تحولی ضروری است.

چکیده [English]

People with developmental disabilities are at an increased for multiple types of maltreatment in comparison with their typically developing peers. The aim of current research was to study the maltreatment and child abuse toward children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Subject keywords including child abuse, child maltreatment, mental retardation, intellectual and developmental disability, adaptive-cognitive disabilities, and cognitive delays are formulated, and then submitted into advanced search section of Web of Science database. Retrieved results were examined and finally 18 papers were chosen for further analysis. There are plenty of evidence-based researches that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are at increased risk for multiple types of maltreatment in comparison with their typically developing peers, including sexual abuse, physical violence and peer victimization such as bulling. To care and prevention of maltreatment and child abuse toward people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other developmental disabilities developing a community –based program are needed.
