نقش میانجی درگیری شغلی در رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری با تاب‌آوری و خلاقیت

چکیده

درگیری شغلی به میزان تعهد، مشارکت و انرژی روانی فرد در انجام وظایف شغلی اشاره دارد. معلمانی که سطح بالایی از درگیری شغلی دارند تمایل بیشتری به بهبود فرآیندها و نتایج آموزشی از خود نشان می‌دهند. تحقیق حاضر باهدف تبیین نقش درگیری شغلی به عنوان یک سازه میانجی در روابط بین متغیرهای کیفیت زندگی کاری، تاب‌آوری و خلاقیت در میان هنرآموزان هنرستان‌های ناحیه ۲ بندرعباس در سال 1403 اجرا شد. روش تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی، بر اساس ماهیت، توصیفی-همبستگی و از لحاظ نحوه اجرا مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه هنرآموزان هنرستان‌های ناحیه 2 بندرعباس به تعداد 635 نفر (53/3 درصد مرد و 46/7 درصد زن) بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران با روش تصادفی طبقه ای بر حسب فاکتور جنسیت، 240 نفر مرد و زن ( با همان نسبت درصد جنسیت از کل جامعه) انتخاب شد و فرضیه‌های تحقیق پس از توزیع و جمع‌آوری پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد درگیری شغلی کانونگو (JIQ؛ 1982)، کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (1973)، خلاقیت شغلی کارکنان دورابجی و همکاران (1998) و تاب‌آوری کارکنان بلاک و کرمن (1996) با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و روش معادلات ساختاری تحلیل گردید. با در نظر گرفتن سطح اطمینان 95 درصد، رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری با تاب‌آوری، کیفیت زندگی کاری با خلاقیت، کیفیت زندگی کاری با درگیری شغلی، درگیری شغلی با تاب‌آوری، درگیری شغلی با خلاقیت نشان داده شد. همچنین نقش میانجی درگیری شغلی در رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری با تاب‌آوری و نقش میانجی درگیری شغلی در رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری با خلاقیت تایید شد.

چکیده [English]

Job involvement refers to the level of commitment, participation, and psychological energy of an individual in performing job duties. Teachers who have a high level of job involvement participate in educational and organizational activities with greater motivation and enthusiasm and show a greater desire to improve educational processes and outcomes. The aim of the present study was to explain the role of job involvement as a mediating construct in the relationships between the variables of quality of work life, resilience, and creativity among art students in Bandar Abbas District 2 art schools. The research method was applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-correlation in terms of nature, and structural equation modeling in terms of implementation. The statistical population of the study was all art students in Bandar Abbas District 2, 635 people, of which 240 people were selected as a sample using the Cochran formula using a stratified random method based on gender, and the three standard questionnaires provided to them. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of work life variable and resilience, between the job involvement variable and resilience, between the quality of work life variable and job involvement , between the job involvement variable and creativity, and also between the quality of work life variable and creativity of the members of the statistical population. Therefore, job involvement plays a mediating role in the relationship between the quality of work life and resilience and creativity of art students in Bandar Abbas District 2.
