نقش میانجی گسلش شناختی و تنظیم هیجان ناسازگار در رابطه بین بدریخت انگاری بدن و اعتیاد به اینترنت

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی گسلش شناختی و تنظیم هیجان ناسازگار در رابطه بین بدریخت انگاری بدن و اعتیاد به اینترنت انجام گرفت. طرح این مطالعه توصیفی/ همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه تبریز در سال 1404-1403 بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس تعداد 301 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه‌های استفاده آسیب‌زا از اینترنت (PIUQ)، پرسشنامه اختلال بدریخت انگاری بدن (YBOCS-BDD)، پرسشنامه همجوشی شناختی (CFQ)، پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان (CERQ) بود. به ‌منظور تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای 27SPSS و 24Amos استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد مدل نهایی پژوهش از برازش نسبتا مطلوبی برخوردار است. نتایج تحلیل مسیر در مسیرهای مستقیم نشان داد بین بدریخت انگاری بدن و اعتیاد به اینترنت رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (0/01>p)، همچنین بین بدریخت انگاری بدن با تنظیم هیجان ناسازگار رابطه معنی‌داری یافت شد (0/01>p)، اما بین بدریخت انگاری بدن با گسلش شناختی و گسلش شناختی با اعتیاد به اینترنت رابطه معناداری گزارش نشد (0/01<p). اثر غیرمستقیم بدریخت انگاری بدن به واسطه تنظیم هیجان ناسازگار بر اعتیاد به اینترنت معنادار بود (0/01>p). همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم بدریخت انگاری بدن به واسطه گسلش شناختی بر اعتیاد به اینترنت معنادار نبود (0/01<p). متخصصان حوزه سلامت روان با تکیه بر نتایج بدست آمده از این مدل می‌توانند از مداخلات درمانی متمرکز بر راهبردهای سازگار تنظیم شناختی هیجان و فاصله‌گیری شناختی در اختلالاتی مانند بدریخت انگاری بدن و اعتیاد به اینترنت استفاده کنند.

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of cognitive defusion and maladaptive emotion regulation in the relationship between body dysmorphic disorder and Internet addiction. The design of this descriptive/correlational study and the statistical population of the study included all female students of University of Tabriz in 2024-2025, who were selected by convenience sampling method. The data collection tools included the Problematic use of the internet questionnaire (PIUQ), Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale for BDD (YBOCS-BDD), Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire (CFQ), and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ). In order to analyze the data, the path analysis method was used using Spss 27 and Amos 24 software. The findings showed that the final research model has a relatively good fit. The results of the path analysis in direct paths showed that there is a significant relationship between body dysmorphic disorder and Internet addiction (p<0.01), and a significant relationship was also found between body dysmorphic disorder and maladaptive emotion regulation (p<0.01), but no significant relationship was reported between body dysmorphic disorder and cognitive dysfunction and cognitive dysfunction and Internet addiction (p<0.01). The indirect effect of body dysmorphic disorder through maladaptive emotion regulation on Internet addiction was significant (p<0.01). Also, the indirect effect of body dysmorphic disorder through cognitive dysfunction on Internet addiction was not significant (p<0.01). Based on the results obtained from this model, mental health professionals can use therapeutic interventions focused on adaptive strategies of cognitive emotion regulation and cognitive distancing in disorders such as body dysmorphic disorder and Internet addiction.
