The aim of the present study was to compare the children’s behavioral problems of female nurses employed in fixed morning and rotating shift in Tabriz hospitals. In an ex post facto design research, 120 female nurses (60 fixed mornings, 60 rotating) were selected from Tabriz hospitals via satiated purposeful method. For gathering data, CSI-4 was administered. Data were analyzed through multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). Results revealed that there were significant differences in dysthymia (P<0.01), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) (P< 0.01), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) (P<0.01), specific phobia (P<0.05) between children of two groups but there wasn’t significant difference in social phobia. It can be concluded that the children of female nurses employed in rotating shift are prone to psychological problems more than other group
