The purpose of this research was to determine the role of happiness, coping strategies with stress, and thinking style in the prediction of organizational health. The study population included all employees and managers of Instruction District in Guilan in 2014. Therefore, using random claster method, 125 subjects were selected and completed Oxford Happiness questionnaire, Lazarus and Folkman coping strategies questionnaire, thinking style, and organizational health inventories. Data were analyzed by stepwise regression method. Results showed that happiness, stress coping strategies, and thinking style had a significant role in organizational health. In other words, happiness (self-esteem component), coping strategy (problem solving and responsibility), and thinking style (legislative thinking) had a significant role in the prediction of the variances of organizational health.
