Modernism has been the leader of the constitutional movement to date as the main influential actor in Iran. The influence of rationalism and the sense of belonging to the world, taken from the nineteenth-century positivism, has led to the abandonment of tradition in Iranian society. The challenge of modernity with Iranian Islamism and nationalism has created various currents and discourses in society. The secular intellectual stream is an example of this challenge. Typically, the evolution of two clerics In terms of personality psychology, Seyyed Ahmad Kasravi and Seyed Hassan Taghizadeh, is evident. These two people are born in a traditional clerical family and, as a result of this transformation, clerical clericalism is being turned on as a flood of renewalism. The views and positions of all three movements of Islamism, modernity and Iranian nationalism emerged in Iran in the challenge of tradition and modernity during and after the Constitutional Revolution.
