بررسی نقش عامل‌های شخصیتی در پیش‌بینی تحول اخلاقی و میزان نوع دوستی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی تحول اخلاقی و میزان نوعدوستی دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی براساس عاملهای شخصیتی بود. به این منظور 208 نفر (88 پسر و 120 دختر) از دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ـ نسبتی، انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای جمعیت شناختی، پنج عامل شخصیتی (NEO-FFI) و پرسشنامههای تحول اخلاقی و نوعدوستی «ما»، استفاده شد. دادهها به کمک نرمافزار SPSS17 و با استفاده از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی و رگرسیون همزمان، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج رگرسیون همزمان نشان داد که که از بین پنج عامل شخصیتی دو بعد روانرنجور خویی (به طور منفی) و انعطافپذیری (به طور مثبت) سهم معنیداری در پیشبینی تحول اخلاقی دارند، و در ادامه نتایج رگرسیون همزمان نشان داد که که از بین پنج عامل شخصیتی تنها بعد وجدانی بودن قادر به پیشبینی میزان نوع دوستی دانشجویان میباشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of current study was the prediction of moral development and altruism onthe base of personality factors among students of Mohagege Ardebili University.
In this study, 208 students (120 female, 88 male) were chosen through stratified random sampling were from Mohagege Ardebili University. For gathering information, the NEO personality Inventory (NEO-FFI) and the ''ma'' moral developments Questionnaire were used. The gathered data was analyzed through multiple regression.
The results of regression showed that from five factor on personality, the neuroticism (negatively) and openness (positively) have significant role in prediction of moral development. Also the result showed that only the conscientiousness factor can predict the altruism, significantly.
