To determine reliability, internal consistency, construct validity and factor structure of the questionnaire, exploratory principal components analysis was used. The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the original factor structure did not fit on the sample data. Exploratory factor analysis supported the two-factor solution. Overall, both "trust and communication" and "alienation" could explain 57% variance of the questionnaire. We obtained alpha coefficients for the "alienation”, "communication and trust” 0.78 and 0.93 respectively. The results about concurrent validity of IMA showed that there was positive correlation between the social competence of students and a positive attachment of parents (trust), but between social competence and negative parental attachment (alienation) was a negative relationship. The results of convergent validity showed that the subscales of IMA were positively correlated with components of Parent and Peer Attachment (P<0.05). In general, IMA was found to be valid and reliable a self-report measure of maternal attachment styles. We suggest that IMA has both clinical and research utility. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ساختار عاملی، پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه ابعاد دلبستگی مادر (IMA) در یک نمونه دانشجویان ایرانی بود که 402 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشه­ای انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین پایایی، روش همسانی درونی و برای بررسی روایی سازه و ساختار عاملی پرسشنامه از تحلیل عامل تأییدی و اکتشافی به روش مؤلفه­های اصلی استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد ساختار عاملی اصلی داده­های نمونه حاضر را برازش نداد. نتیجه تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی از ساختار دو عاملی این پرسشنامه حمایت کرد. در مجموع دو عامل«اعتماد و ارتباط» و «بیگانگی» توانستند 57 درصد واریانس پرسشنامه را تبیین نمایند. ضرایب آلفا برای عامل«بیگانگی» 78/. و برای «عامل اعتماد و ارتباط» 93/. به دست آمد. همچنین نتایج روایی همزمان IMA نشان داد که بین کفایت اجتماعی دانشجویان و دلبستگی مثبت والدین (اعتماد) رابطه مثبت، اما بین کفایت اجتماعی و دلبستگی منفی والدین (بیگانگی) رابطه منفی مشاهده شد. بررسی نتایج روایی همگرای مبین آن است که بین خرده­مقیاس­های پرسشنامه دلبستگی مادر با خرده­مقیاس­های پدر و همسالان رابطه مثبت معنی­داری وجود دارد (05/.P<). به­طور کلی، پرسشنامه دلبستگی مادر در اندازه­گیری سبک­های دلبستگی مادر ابزاری روا و پایا است. پیشنهاد می­شود از IMA در حوزه­های بالینی و پژوهشی استفاده شود. https://psychologyj.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_4135_7c46bd023d4617c92c2adc9b80f1d10d.pdf
