اثر بخشی گشتالت درمانی گروهی بر حساسیت اضطرابی و نشخوارفکری زنان مبتلا به اختلال پانیک
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر بخشی گشتالت درمانی گروهی بر حساسیت اضطرابی و نشخوارفکری زنان مبتلا به اختلال پانیک بود. این مطالعه نیمهآزمایشی با استفاده از طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به اختلال پانیک بود که به کلینیکهای روانشناسی شهر اردبیل در تابستان سال 1397 مراجعه کرده بودند، 30 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب، و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه برابر آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایشی طی 8 هفته تحت درمان گشتالتی قرار گرفت، و در این مدت بر گروه گواه مداخلهی انجام نگرفت. پرسشنامه حساسیت اضطرابی فلوید و همکاران (2005) و نشخوارفکری نولنهوکسیما و موری (1991) به عنوان ابزار ارزشیابی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از روشهای آماری توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده از مقایسه پس-آزمون دو گروه، حاکی از این است که نمرات پسآزمون حساسیت اضطرابی و نشخوارفکری گروه مداخله و کنترل تفاوت معنی-داری دارد.(p <0.01). بدین ترتیب میتوان گفت که گروهدرمانیگشتالتی موجب کاهش نمرات حساسیت-اضطرابی و نشخوارفکری زنان مبتلا به اختلال پانیک خواهد شد.

مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی مذهب محور و درمان فراشناختی بر اندیشه خودکشی دانشجویان
چکیدههدف این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری مذهب محور با درمان فراشناختی بر اندیشه خودکشی دانشجویان بود. دانشجویان دارای فکر خودکشی در دانشگاه مراغه، جامعه کلی و نمونه مورد نظر را مراجعه کنندگان به مرکز مشاوره دانشگاه مراغه با افکار خودکشی تشکیل دادند. این پژوهش در چارچوب تک ازمودنی اجرا شد، به این منظور 6 دانشجوی دارای اندیشه خودکشی دانشگاه مراغه به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه درمان شناختی مذهب محور و درمان فراشناختی قرار گرفتند. بیماران هر دو گروه به مدت 10 جلسه درمان های مربوط به خود را دریافت نمودند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل افسردگی، افکار خودکشی بک، نگرانی و نشخوار فکری در سه نوبت پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری توسط بیماران تکمیل شد و داده ها به صورت انفرادی و گروهی تحلیل گردید. در تحلیل انفرادی از شکل ها، تحلیل دیداری و درصد بهبودی و درتحلیل گروهی داده ها از تحلیل واریانس با یک عامل بین گروهی ( گروه درمانی) و یک عامل درونی( زمان آزمون ها) استفاده شد. میانگین درصد بهبودی در متغیر افکار خودکشی نشان میدهد هر دو درمان به صورت تقریبا یکسان و معنادار موجب کاهش افکار خودکشی شد. نتایج نشان داد درمان فراشناختی به دلیل تمرکز بیشتر در نگرانی و نشخوار فکری، اندکی بهبودی بیشتر در این متغیرها ایجاد کرد ولی در کاهش اندیشه خودکشی هر دو درمان به یک اندازه بهبودی ایجاد کردند. میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد هر دو درمان شناختی رفتاری مذهب محور و درمان فراشناختی در کاهش افکار خودکشی موثر است.

اثربخشی معنویت درمانی مبتنی برخودآگاهی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی و ابراز وجود
چکیدههدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی معنویت درمانی مبتنی برخودآگاهی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی و ابراز وجود دانش آموزان سال اول پسر دوره دوم متوسط شهر تبریزبود. طرح پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر تمام دانش آموزان سال اول پسر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر تبریز بود. از بین این جامعه 60 نفربه صورت نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شده و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل(هر گروه 30 نفر ) جایگزین شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف ، پرسشنامه ابراز وجود گمبریل و ریچی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیره و تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که معنویت درمانی بر مولفه های بهزیستی روانشناختی(استقلال، تسلط بر محیط، رشد شخصی، ارتباط مثبت با دیگران، هدفمندی در زندگی، پذیرش خود) موثر بوده است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیری نیز نشان داد که معنویت درمانی بر ابراز وجود تاثیر معنی داری دارد. بنابراین مشاوران و روانشناسان مدرسه با استفاده از معنویت درمانی می توانند بهزیستی روانشناختی و ابراز وجود دانش آموزان را بهبود بخشند.

ملاحظات نظری و عملی در آزمون سیالی کلامی فارسی: مرور نظام مند
فرآیند هنجاریابی و انطباق فرهنگی آزمون های سیالی کلامی در زبان فارسی و فرهنگ ایران، بیانگر تنوع سلایق و البته خطاهای محتوایی و روش شناختی است. هدف مقاله مروری حاضر بررسی مطالعات ایرانی در زمینه سیالی کلامی از نظر ساختار و محتوا؛ و در نهایت، معرفی آزمون سیالی کلامی متناسب با فرهنگ ایرانی و زبان فارسی برپایه دانش و یافته های موجود بود. در یک طرح مرور نظام مند، 35 مطالعه با در نظر گرفتن ملاک های ورود و خروج، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان دهنده دست کم شش نسخه از آزمون سیالی کلامی برای جمعیت ایرانی بود که در گروه ها و جمعیت های مختلف اجرا شده بودند و هر کدام نقاط قوت و ضعف بخصوص خود را داشتند. همچنین نسخه جدیدی برگرفته از داده های خام مطالعه قاسمیان شیروان و همکاران (2018) به عنوان نسخه استاندارد آزمون سیالی کلامی معرفی گردید که بیشترین تناسب را با معیارهای تدوین آزمون داشت. به نظر می رسد با توجه به نقش پررنگ سیالی کلامی نه تنها در توانمندی های زبانی، بلکه در کارکردهای شناختی عام، وجود یک آزمون واحد برای سنجش سیالی کلامی در جمعیت های بالینی و غیربالینی و مقایسه کارآمد آن ها برای مقاصد پژوهشی و درمانی ضروری بود و آزمون حاضر می تواند مبنای مطالعات بعدی باشد.

اثربخشی آموزش فنون ذهن آگاهی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی با نقش تعدیلی اهداف پیشرفت اجتماعی
هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش فنون ذهن آگاهی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان با نقش تعدیلی اهداف پیشرفت اجتماعی بود. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان به تعداد 4908 بود که 120 نفر انتخاب و بر اساس نمرات پرسشنامه اهداف پیشرفت اجتماعی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایدهی شدند. آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش طی 8 جلسهی 60 دقیقهای و طی 2 ماه مورد آموزش فنون ذهن آگاهی قرار گرفتند، درحالیکه آزمودنیهای گروه کنترل هیچگونه آموزشی دریافت نکردند. همه آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش و کنترل قبل و بعد از آموزش با استفاده از پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس دوراهه تک متغیری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها نشان داد که فنون ذهن آگاهی منجر به بهبود معنیدار گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در متغیر بهزیستی روانشناختی به تفکیک اهداف پیشرفت اجتماعی شد. همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نشان داد بین میانگین بهزیستی روانشناختی دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در زیرگروه عملکردگرا و عملکردگریز تفاوت معنیداری از نظر آماری وجود دارد و اهداف عملکردگرا و عملکردگریز توانستند اثر آموزش فنون ذهنآگاهی را بر بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان تعدیل کنند؛ بنابراین با بهکارگیری فنون ذهن آگاهی و همچنین توجه به نقش تعدیلی اهداف پیشرفت میتوان بهزیستی روانشناختی را افزایش داد.

50 سال پژوهش در حوزه روان درمانی: یک بررسی علم سنجی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحلیل 50 سال پژوهش در حوزه رواندرمانی با رویکرد علمسنجی است. رواندرمانی به هر نوع فرآیند بازآموزی اطلاق میشود که هدفش کمک به فرد رنجور با استفاده از روشهای درمانی روانی است. روش پژوهش توصیفی است و جامعه آماری پژوهش را 13816 مقاله در حوزه رواندرمانی در وبگاه علوم طی سالهای 1968-2018 تشکیل میدهند. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزارهای هیستسایت و وی.او.اس. ویور استفاده شده است. یافتهها نشان داد در طی سالهای مورد بررسی انتشار مقالات روند صعودی را طی نموده است. تعداد کل نویسندگان در طول دوره مورد بررسی 19866 نفر بود و به طور میانگین هر مقاله توسط 4/1 نفر نوشته شده است. در مجموع 1333 عنوان مجله کل مقالات این حوزه را منتشر نموده-اند. که از این تعداد 10 عنوان مجله تاثیرگذار 3611 (1/26 %) مقاله را منتشر نموده است. بیشترین تعداد مقالات حوزه رواندرمانی در مجله Psychotherapy با تعداد 576 عنوان معادل 2/4 درصد به چاپ رسیده است. این مجله رتبه دوم استنادهای محلی و جهانی را به خود اختصاص داده است. از 6336 دانشگاه و موسسه، سهم 10 دانشگاه تاثیرگذار 1668 مقاله معادل (12 درصد) بوده است. دانشگاه هاروارد با انتشار 323 مقاله (4/2 درصد) و با 1538 استناد محلی و 9543 استناد جهانی در صدر دانشگاههای منتشرکننده مدارک حوزه رواندرمانی قرار دارد. یافتهها نشان داد نویسندگان ایرانی با ارائه 15 مقاله در حوزه رواندرمانی در رتبه 40 قرار دارند. همچنین در این پژوهش با ترسیم ساختار علم، مقالات و نویسندگان تاثیرگذار در حوزه رواندرمانی شناسایی و معرفی شدند.

اثر افزایشی ترکیب تمرینات تن آرامی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی (MBR) و تحریک الکتریکی فرامغزی (CES) بر کاهش افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس مبتلایان به دیابت نوع 2
پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعــه از نــوع کــار آزمــایی بــالینی تصــادفی سه گروهـــی دو ســر کور، از نوع طرح اندازههای تکراری است که با هدف تعیین اثر خالص و اثر ترکیبی دو تکنیک تن آرامی مبتنی بر ذهن اگاهی (MBR) و تکنیک تحریک الکتریکی فرامغزی (CES) در بهبود وضعیت روانشناختی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 انجام گرفت. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 بیمار دارای دیابت نوع 2 بود که از انجمن دیابت شهرستان بناب انتخاب شدند و پس از همتاسازی، به طور تصادفی به سه گروه 10 نفره (MBR، CES، MBR+CES) انتساب شدند و در 10 جلسه انفرادی مداخلات مربوط به گروه خود را اخذ نمودند. پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری یک ماهه، با مقیاس DASS-48، برگزار شد. تحلیل واریانس بین-درون گروهی آمیخته، تغییر معنی داری در میانگین افسردگی، اضطراب، و استرس در طول زمان نشان داد. همچنین، میانگین نمرات گروهها در طول زمان برای افسردگی یکسان، و برای اضطراب و استرس غیریکسان بود. تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره و نتایج آزمون مقایسههای جفتشده بن فرونی نشان داد که مداخلات مختلف تاثیر یکسانی در کاهش اضطراب و استرس در مراحل پس آزمون و پیگیری داشتند. همچنین، پایداری هرسه مداخله درمانی برای کاهش اضطراب یکسان بوده است. اما در مورد استرس، در مرحله پیگیری، پایداری درمان ترکیبی MBR+CES، نسبت به درمان CES بیشتر بوده است.

اثر بخشی کاربرد گیاهان در محیط آموزش و بازی بر پرورش خلاقیت کودک
هدف این تحقیق بررسی اثر بخشی کاربرد گیاهان در محیط آموزش و بازی کودکان بر پرورش خلاقیت و زیر مؤلفههای آن است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کودکان سنین پیش دبستانی واقع در شهر تبریز بود که با استفاده از روش غیر تصادفی و با توجه به محدودیت های موجود، یک مهدکودک با تعداد 30 نفر از کودکان 4-6 سال انتخاب و در گروههای آزمایش و کنترل و در هر گروه 15 نفر قرار داده شد. یکی از گروهها به کلاسی که منظر داخلی آن با استفاده از گیاهان تغییر داده شده بود و گروه دیگر به کلاس معمولی منتقل شد و به مدت سه هفته در این شرایط قرارگرفتند. پرسشنامه خلاقیت عابدی جهت جمع آوری داده ها به کار برده شد و آزمون کوواریانس یک طرفه (ANCOVA) برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد گیاهان در محیط بازی و یادگیری کودک بر خلاقیت کودک و نیز زیر مؤلفه بسط و انعطافپذیری، تأثیر معنی داری داشت. به عبارت دیگر تفاوت معنیداری بین گروه کنترل و آزمایش در زیر مؤلفه بسط، انعطافپذیری و خلاقیت کل مشاهده گردید ولی بر زیر مؤلفه سیالی و ابتکار تاثیر معنی داری نداشت. وجود گیاهان بر تولید جزییات (بسط) و تولید اندیشههای متنوع و غیر معمول و ارائه راه حلهای مختلف برای یک مسئله (انعطاف پذیری) تأثیر مثبت معنی داری داشته است. انتقال روح زنده طبیعت به فضاهای داخلی باعث ارتباط بین محیط بیرون و درون شده و موجب میشود تا انعطاف پذیری و خلاقیت وی تقویت گردد.

پیش بینی اختلال وسواسی- جبری و هراس خاص براساس مولفه های حساسیت انزجاری
شواهدی وجود دارد که نشان می دهد اختلال وسواسی – جبری و هراس خاص با حساسیت انزجاری رابطه دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر پیش بینی انواع اختلال وسواسی – جبری و هراس خاص براساس مولفه های حساسیت انزجاری بود. برای این منظور 300 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه های شهر تبریز به شکل نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به پرسش نامه وسواسی – جبری مادزلی، فرم دوم زمینه یابی ترس و مقیاس حساسیت انزجاری پاسخ دادند. نتایج به دست آمده از 280 نفر از شرکت کنندگان که پاسخ هایشان قابل تحلیل بود نشان داد که مولفه های حساسیت انزجاری توان قابل توجهی در پیش بینی علائم اختلالات وسواس و انواع هراس دارد. وسواس شستشو، ترس حیوان و ترس خون – تزریق – جراحت بهتر از سایر اختلالات توسط مولفه های حساسیت انزجاری تبیین شدند. انزجار مرکزی و انزجار یادآور حیوان بیشترین نقش را در پیش بینی این اختلالات داشتند. یافته های این پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که حساسیت انزجاری می تواند نقش مهمی در علت شناسی اختلال وسواس – جبری و ترس ها ایفا می کند.

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر هیجان ابراز شدهی مادران کودکان دارای ناتوانی ذهنی بود. این مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی بود. نمونه آماری شامل 24 نفر از مادران دارای دارای ناتوانی ذهنی مراجعه کننده به مجتمع توانبخشی تبریز در بهار 1397 بودند که بر مبنای ملاکهای ورود و خروج به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه ابراز گری هیجانی بود. گروه آزمایش، به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای تحت رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی قرار گرفت و گره کنترل هیچگونه درمانی دریافت نکرد. دادههای جمع آوری شده با روش تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر هیجان ابراز شدهی مادران کودکان دارای ناتوانی ذهنی اثرات مثبتی دارد (05/0>p). بنابراین می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که ابرازگری هیجان در مادران کودکان دارای ناتوانی ذهنی ممکن است یکی از مهم ترین مهارت ها باشد که ارزش مداخله با رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی را دارد و این درمان به منظور بهبود هیجان ابراز شده مادران کودکان دارای ناتوان ذهنی در کنار سایر درمانهای اثربخش، قابلیت کاربرد دارد.

رابطه معلم رهبری با سرزندگی تحصیلی، هیجانات تحصیلی و بهزیستی تحصیلی دانش آموزان
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه چند متغیری بین معلم رهبری با سرزندگی تحصیلی، هیجانات تحصیلی و بهزیستی تحصیلی در دانش آموزان بود. روش تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی چند متغیری می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم استان آذربایجان شرقی است که در سالتحصیلی 1398-1397 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 382 نفر با روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب گردید. داده ها با استفاده از ابزارهای استاندارد بهزیستی تحصیلی، سرزندگی تحصیلی، معلم رهبری و هیجانات تحصیلی که روایی آن ها توسط دو معیار روایی همگرا و واگرا و با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزیی تایید شد و پایایی آن ها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 95 /0، 94 /0، 98 /0 و 98 /0 بدست آمد، گردآوری شد. برای آزمون آماری از مدل معادلات ساختاری تحت نرم افزار Smart pls و نیز از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحت نرم افزار 25spss.v. استفاده شد. نتایج یافته ها نشان داد مؤلفه معلم رهبری تاثیر مستقیمی بر بهزیستی تحصیلی، هیجانات تحصیلی و سرزندگی تحصیلی دارد؛ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮهای پیش بین(دانش و توانایی، چشم انداز توسعه ای، مسئولیت پذیری، نفوذ، محیط مثبت و قدردانی، همکاری و اخلاق) ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ملاک بهزیستی تحصیلی راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری دارند؛ شش ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ پیش بین(دانش و توانایی، چشم انداز توسعه ای، مسئولیت پذیری، نفوذ، محیط مثبت و قدردانی) ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ملاک هیجانات تحصیلی راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری دارند؛ دو ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮپیش بین(نفوذ و قدردانی) ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ملاک سرزندگی تحصیلی راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری دارند.

اثربخشی درمان فراشناختی(MCT) بر کاهش نگرانی و فرانگرانی افراد دارای نشانه های اختلال اضطراب فراگیر(GAD)
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان فراشناختی در کاهش نگرانی، فرانگرانی افراد دارای نشانه های اختلال اضطراب فراگیر صورت گرفت. دو شرکت کننده بر اساس مصاحبه تشخیصی انتخاب و پس از احراز شرایط پژوهش وارد طرح درمان شدند. این پژوهش در قالب طرح تجربی تک آزمودنی با استفاده از خط پایه چند گانه پلکانی به مرحله اجرا گذاشته شد. درمان فراشناختی به مدت هشت جلسه با پیگیری یک ماهه به کار گرفته شد. پرسشنامه نگرانی ایالت پنسیلوانیا و فرانگرانی ولز برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که فراشناخت درمانی تاثیر قابل توجهی در کاهش نگرانی و فرانگرانی افراد دارای نشانه های اختلال اضطراب فراگیر دارد و تاثیر این روش درمانی به طور نسبی در طول زمان تداوم داشت. درمان فراشناختی به جای تمرکز بر شناخت، بر کنترل فرآیند های حاکم بر آن توجه می کند و می تواند در درمان افراد دارای نشانه های اختلال اضطراب فراگیر موثر باشد.

اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر وسوسه و تکانشگری معتادان مواد افیونی
چکیدههدف از پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر وسوسه و تکانشگری معتادان مواد افیونی بود. روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح نیمه آزمایشی (پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه کنترل) و جامعه آماری متشکل ازتمامی بیماران مرد معتادی بود که به مراکز ترک اعتیاد تبریز مراجعه کردند. از بین آنها30 نفر (15 آزمایشی و 15 گواه) بصورت تصادفی انتخاب و به پرسشنامه های تکانشگری بارت (1994) و عقاید وسوسه انگیز بک و رایت(1993) پاسخ دادند. تعداد جلسات برای گروه آزمایش ، 8 جلسه، به مدت 90 دقیقه، در طول هفته 1 جلسه بود.نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات گروه های مورد مقایسه (معتادان به مواد افیونی) تفاوت معناداری درتکانشگری و وسوسه در پس آزمون وجود دارد و میانگین نمرات تکانشگری و وسوسه در پس آزمون در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه به طور معناداری کاهش یافته است.بر اساس یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر وسوسه و تکانشگری معتادان مواد افیونی تاثیر دارد.
