تبیین مدل ساختاری روابط بین خوشبینی و تاب آوری با بهزیستی روانشناختی بر اساس رضایت از زندگی در دانشجویان دارای نشانه های اختلال شخصیت مرزی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل رابطه ساختاری بهزیستی روانشناختی بر مبنای خوشبینی و تاب آوری با میانجی‌گری رضایت از زندگی در دانشجویان دارای نشانه‌های اختلال شخصیت مرزی انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 554 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی(361 نفر زن و 193 نفر مرد) بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی(ریف، 1989)، پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری (کانر و دیویدسون، 2003)، پرسشنامه اختلال شخصیت مرزی(جکسون و کلاریج، 1991)، پرسشنامه خوشبینی(شییر و کارور، 1994) و پرسشنامه رضایت از زندگی(دینر و همکاران، 1985) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد خوشبینی (19/2 , t=06/0 r =)، تاب آوری (21/21 , t=65/0 r =) و رضایت از زندگی (30/7 , t=23/0 r =) با بهزیستی روانشناختی رابطه معنی‌داری دارند. همچنین خوشبینی (50/7 , t=27/0 r =) و تاب‌آوری (30/15 , t=54/0 r =) با رضایت از زندگی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری دارند. از طرفی نقش میانجی رضایت از زندگی در ارتباط بین خوشبینی با بهزیستی روانشناختی و تاب‌آوری با بهزیستی روانشناختی مورد تایید قرار گرفت(05/0 >p). با توجه به نتایج شایسته است آموزش تاب‌آوری و خوشبینی در فهرست برنامه‌های درمانی مشاوران دانشگاه قرار گیرد تا از این راهبردها برای افزایش افزایش رضایت از زندگی و بهزیستی روانشناختی بهره‌مند شوند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to analyze the structural relationship between psychological well-being based on optimism and resilience mediated by life satisfaction in students with symptoms of borderline personality disorder. The present study was a descriptive model of structural equation modeling. The sample of this study included 554 students of Allameh Tabatabai University (361 females and 193 males) who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling and psychological well-being questionnaire (Reef, 1989), resilience questionnaire. (Connor and Davidson, 2003) completed the Borderline Personality Disorder Questionnaire (Jackson and Claridge, 1991), the Optimism Questionnaire (Shearer and Carver, 1994), and the Life Satisfaction Questionnaire (Diner et al., 1985). Data were analyzed using a structural model. The results showed that Optimism ( t =2.19 , r= 0.06), resilience ( t =21.21 , r= 0.65) and life satisfaction ( t =7.30 , r= 0.23), have a significant relationship with psychological well-being. Also, optimism ( t =7.50 , r= 0.27), and resilience ( t =15.30 , r= 0.54) have a positive and significant relationship with life satisfaction. On the other hand, the mediating role of life satisfaction in the relationship between optimism with psychological well-being and resilience with psychological well-being was confirmed (p <0.05). According to the results, resilience and optimism training should be included in the list of treatment programs of university counselors to benefit from these strategies to increase life satisfaction and psychological well-being.
