اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر هیجان ابراز شده مادران کودکان دارای ناتوانی ذهنی: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر هیجان ابراز شده‌ی مادران کودکان دارای ناتوانی ذهنی بود. این مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی بود. نمونه آماری شامل 24 نفر از مادران دارای دارای ناتوانی ذهنی مراجعه کننده به مجتمع توانبخشی تبریز در بهار 1397 بودند که بر مبنای ملاک‌های ورود و خروج به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه ابراز گری هیجانی بود. گروه آزمایش، به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای تحت رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی قرار گرفت و گره کنترل هیچ‌گونه درمانی دریافت نکرد. داده‌های جمع آوری شده با روش تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر هیجان ابراز شده‌ی مادران کودکان دارای ناتوانی ذهنی اثرات مثبتی دارد (05/0>p). بنابراین می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که ابرازگری هیجان در مادران کودکان دارای ناتوانی ذهنی ممکن است یکی از مهم ترین مهارت ها باشد که ارزش مداخله با رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی را دارد و این درمان به منظور بهبود هیجان ابراز شده مادران کودکان دارای ناتوان ذهنی در کنار سایر درمان‌های اثربخش، قابلیت کاربرد دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy on the expressed emotion of mothers of children with intellectual disabilities. This study was a randomized clinical trial. The sample consisted of 24 mothers with intellectual disabilities referred to Tabriz Rehabilitation Complex in spring 2019 that Were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and randomly assigned into experimental and control group. Questionnaires of emotional expressiveness, were used to measure the variables at different stages of the study. The experimental group underwent 8 sessions of dialectical behavior therapy and the control node received no treatment. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance using SPSS software. The results showed that dialectical behavior therapy had positive effects on the expressed emotion, of mothers of children with intellectual disability (p <0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that Expressing emotion in mothers of children with intellectual disabilities may be one of the most important skills that is worthy of intervention with dialectical behavior therapy And it can be used to improve the excitement of mothers of intellectually disabled children, along with other effective treatments.
